Good, reliable, cheap 17HMR rifle. Very accurate at 100yards. Has the power to kill probably all varmints you would need to kill. From factory comes with scope base''s and 4&7 rounds clips. Safety is thumb type, back for safe, forward for fire. Downside for me-clip doesn''t fit in as smoothly as a Ruger clip, no major problem though.

Surprisingly good rifle for the money. Very consistent and accurate rifle. The heavy barrel is better than I expected, especially the recessed crown. The trigger is a little heavy, but I am going to have a gunsmith lighten it. I put a Nikon ProStaff scope on it, and within a few minutes, was blowing caps off of water bottles at 50 yards. I looked at prettier and more expensive .17 rifles, but I bet they don''t shoot any better than this one.

Have owned this rifle for four years now and have tested all manufactured ammo types. Have tested this rifle in open air ranges as well as in-door ranges. Have taken this rifle into the field for many adventures. Simply put the impacts are awesome, the performance is beyond comprehension and the accuracy is second to none for a sub-standard bullet. If you enjoy small game and coyote hunting, plinking, paper or just plain having fun this rifle will please you for many years to come.

i have wanted a 17hmr for years and heard how amazingly accurate they are and finally i went and got one and all i can say im in love i shot it in at 50 yards and once i dialed it in i thought i was missing after my first shot well no im not bsin you i was puttin them in the same hole ....AMAZING GUN I WOULD RECCOMEND IT TO ANTONE WAY TO GO MARLIN AND GREAT PRICE
